These terms govern the use of this site and the purchase of specimens from SOME DOSE. They are subject to Irish law and the applicable consumer protection legislation of the European Union.

By placing a prescription, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation to your registered email address. We reserve the right to decline an order before confirmation is issued.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Card data does not pass through or reside on this site. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. This applies to small batch, in-stock specimens only.

Made-to-order specimens are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under Article 16(c) of the Directive. These items are manufactured specifically to your prescription after the order is confirmed. The fabric is cut. The labour is committed. The right of withdrawal does not apply.

To initiate a return within the cooling-off period, contact rx@somedose.com before returning the item. Full conditions are set out in the return protocol.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the apothecary receiving the returned specimen. Return postage is the patient's responsibility except where the item is faulty.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability under the Irish Consumer Protection Act 2007 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Specimens are sold as described. If a specimen arrives faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer law. Contact rx@somedose.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order reference.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the site or any specimen purchased from it. The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
