The specimen has been dispensed. The prescription was confirmed. Under certain conditions, the article may be returned to the apothecary.

This document outlines those conditions. They are not generous. They are honest.

Made-to-order specimens are constructed after the prescription is confirmed. The fabric is cut for you. The labour is committed. The article cannot be reassigned.

There is no surplus. There is no warehouse. There is no one else to receive it.

Made-to-order items are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing variance. See below.

In-stock specimens may be returned within 14 days of the delivery confirmation. This is the reassessment window. It does not extend.

To initiate a return, contact the apothecary directly at rx@somedose.com with your order reference and reason. A return address will be provided on approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. There are no exchanges. If you require a different size or item, place a new prescription.

If a specimen arrives with a manufacturing defect — structural failure, incorrect construction, damage present at delivery — it qualifies for return regardless of item type, including made-to-order.

Report the variance within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Include photographic evidence and your order reference. Send to rx@somedose.com.

On confirmation of the variance, a full refund will be issued or a replacement dispatched where stock permits. Return postage for faulty items is covered by the apothecary.

Items that do not meet the following conditions will not be accepted.

• Unworn and unwashed
• Original tags attached
• No signs of use, scent, or staining
• Returned within the 14-day reassessment window
• Return approved by the apothecary prior to dispatch

Return postage is the responsibility of the patient, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing variance. We recommend a tracked service. We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Sale items are final sale. They are not eligible for return under any circumstances, except manufacturing variance.
