[ DISPATCH PROTOCOL ]
TheHandoff.
The specimen has been constructed. The prescription is confirmed. What remains is the transfer of the article from the apothecary to the patient.
This document outlines the dispatch conditions. Read it once. File it somewhere you will never find it again.
[ SMALL BATCH SPECIMENS ]
In stock.Same day.
Items marked as available are dispatched the same working day, provided the order is placed before 12:00 on a Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the following working day. This is not a flaw. It is a schedule.
[ MADE-TO-ORDER SPECIMENS ]
Constructedon demand.
Each made-to-order specimen is constructed after the prescription is confirmed. The production window is 2–4 weeks. The exact timeline is stated on each product page.
Dispatch follows completion. You will receive a tracking reference when the article enters the postal system.
This is not slow. This is how things are made correctly. There is no surplus. There is no warehouse.
