The modern day is a condition. It has symptoms, a dosage level, and a prognosis. Most people treat it as a narrative. We suggest a different approach.

This planner frames each day as a patient record: intake, sensory audit, transit log, information scurvy index, and end-of-day prognosis. Six rules govern its use. The seventh is silence. Together the pages run fourteen deep — two full cycles of the daily protocol, plus a weekly overview and a blank Rx pad for self-administered prescriptions.

The format is clinical because the daily transit deserves clinical honesty. You are not journaling. You are documenting a case. The record does not ask how you feel. It asks what you observed.
