The wrist is not decorative real estate.

The two 2mm elastic paracords apply a low, consistent compressive load across the carpal region, activating these receptors, dampening the amygdala's threat-monitoring signal, and attenuating sympathetic nervous system arousal. The signal is quiet. The effect is not.
