Custom-Made Products
As our products are custom-made according to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously, and each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our lab. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we're here to help.
- Contact Us Within 7 Days: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations and Modifications
Since our products are custom-made, cancellations or modifications to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, work on your custom piece may already be underway, and changes may not be possible.
